Do I need an IT guru to help me understand and use the software?
Not at all. We handle the setup for you or train your team to use it confidently. The system is intuitive, and we make it even easier with guided support, tailored to your needs—no technical expertise required.
What is your onboarding process like, and are the hours used for onboarding and implementation taken from our monthly allocation?

No, onboarding setup doesn’t reduce your monthly hours. We use proven templates to get you started quickly—usually within a week. We include two months of weekly check-ins to guide progress. If you request a complete rewrite of your IMS, that may be quoted separately.

What is included in the All-In-One QHSE package?

The package includes:

  • Unlimited use of DS Site (pages, forms, dashboards—no user limits)
  • Up to 400 form submissions/month (scalable)
  • Monthly hours for remote consulting, setup, procedures, and training
  • Remote delivery via phone, email, or video
    Note: On-site services (audits, inspections, etc.) are priced separately.
Is there anything that is not included in the All-In-One QHSE package?

 Yes. Exclusions include:

  • All physical/on-site services (e.g. audits, inspections)
  • Work outside the QHSE scope (we’re not a full HR consultancy)
  • Large projects or ISO audit support (quoted separately)
    If your needs stay within QHSE and monthly hours, we’re happy to help with almost anything.
What are the strengths and limitations of your DS Site software?

DS Site is a powerful system for digital forms, portals, dashboards, and workflows. It’s ideal for digitising paper processes. However, it’s not a specialised HR, sign-in, or asset management system. While it can cover those areas to a degree, it’s not designed to fully replace niche software. That said, we know how to maximise its capabilities for small to large businesses.

Can you assist with drafting QHSE (Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental) content for a tender submission?

Yes. We’re qualified QHSE consultants with deep industry experience and a strong track record in winning tenders. We don’t just fill in templates—we tailor clear, strategic responses that speak directly to procurement and compliance professionals. Our goal is to make your business stand out and meet all compliance expectations with precision.

Can you compile a set of plant risk assessments for all of my mobile plant?
Absolutely. We create thorough, easy-to-follow plant risk assessments (PRAs) for all mobile plant types—without needing Plant Assessor. Our assessments are cost-effective, compliant, and tailored to your operations, helping you manage risk while presenting a professional image.

Can you provide full time consulting in your All-In-One QHSE package?

Yes, we can provide full-time support—but it’s not included in the standard package. If you need dedicated consulting, we’ll scope your needs and offer custom pricing.

Can you still help us regardless of the size of our company?

Yes. We support sole traders to large enterprises. For small businesses, the subscription may be a bigger decision—but many see strong returns. Larger clients often use our services across multiple departments. Most of our clients grow significantly in their first year with us, thanks to stronger systems and improved credibility.

Can I cancel or change the contract at any time?

Contracts run for 12 months with a 30-day cooling-off period. You can cancel during that time—refunds depend on whether consulting time was used. After 30 days, upgrades are allowed anytime. Downgrades are case-by-case. At contract end, you can keep the software, remove consulting, or cancel entirely.
