Australian owned QHSE software and consulting
Plant, equipment and help desk

Plant serviced on time, and anything broken fixed and confirmed.

Upload the manual or invoice and MiSAFE fills the asset record, drafts the risk assessment, SOP, training and pre-start checklist for review, and gives each item a QR code. When something breaks, anyone reports it from the help desk on their phone, by QR code or by email. Three plain questions set the priority, the Facilities Manager assigns it to staff or an approved contractor, and the person who reported it confirms it is fixed.

How it works

From manual uploaded to serviced on time, and from reported to fixed.

1

Register

Add plant from its documents. Year, model, serial and safe use details are filled in for review.

2

Prepare

Risk assessment with initial and residual scores, SOP, training and a pre-start or inspection checklist, approved before use.

3

Check before use

Operators scan the QR code and complete the pre-start. A failed check tags the item out and reports it.

4

Service and report

Service records are read from invoices and service reports, and the asset report shows inspections, pre-starts, services and cost.

5

Report something broken

Anyone reports it from the help desk on the app, a QR code on the room or asset, by email, through MiCompanion or from a failed checklist item.

6

Prioritise

Three plain questions set the priority, from P1, make safe within 2 hours, to P4, within 30 days. When someone could get hurt, the first note says to make it safe.

7

Assign

The Facilities Manager, or their stand-in, assigns it to staff or an approved contractor. Contractors accept, book in, update and close the work order from their email, within the spend limits you set.

8

Fix and confirm

The person who reported it is told at each step and confirms it is fixed or reopens it. A P1 or P2 cannot close without an after photo.
