Build an induction or training pack as an interactive presentation with questions, or have it drafted for you. It runs inside MiSAFE on a computer, tablet or phone, so there is no SCORM package to build and no separate learning system. Trainees must get every answer right, with coaching on the ones they miss, then sign off. A register, matrix and calendar show who is trained, who is due, who is overdue and what is booked this month.

How it works

Build

Slides, video and questions in the training builder, or a full draft prepared for you, reviewed and approved before use.

Assign by person, role, campus, project or rule. New employees and contractors get the right inductions automatically.

Every answer must be right. Missed questions come back with coaching on why, then the trainee signs the declaration.

Answer inside the presentation

Each question sits inside the presentation. Pick an answer and MiSAFE responds straight away: a wrong answer brings up coaching on why, and the trainee tries again until it is right.

Coached until every answer is right

The pass mark is 100%, so nobody signs off with a gap in what they know. The first-time score is kept for the record, so you can see which questions people find hard.

Signed and on the record

When every answer is right, the trainee reads the declaration and signs on screen. The completion, the score and the signature go straight to their training record and the matrix.

See who is done, and what people found hard

Each pack shows who has completed it, who is part way and who does not have it yet, and the questions people most often had to go back over, so you know what to explain better at the next toolbox talk.
