Australian owned QHSE software and consulting
Employees, volunteers and contractors

Everyone recruited, checked and cleared before they start.

Recruit from an approved job description, then send a registration link so employees, volunteers and contractors fill in their own details, licences, insurances and blue cards. A pre-engagement check reads the whole pack, administrators review, send back or approve, and the right inductions are assigned on approval. Expiries are watched so nobody slips through.

How it works

From job ad or registration link to cleared to start.

1

Recruit

Pick an approved job description and the ad is drafted from it. It goes on your careers page and is prepared for SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn and Jora, each with its own tracked apply link.

2

Select

Each applicant has a page with their answers and documents, ratings, the panel’s interview scores (on their phones too), reference checks and letters on your letterhead.

3

Offer

The offer goes to one or two approvers in turn before the letter can go. Acceptance appoints the applicant and sends the registration link, with the resume already on the record.

4

Register

Employees and volunteers register themselves. Contractors register their company, workers and subcontractors, with each worker’s cards and licences and a copy of each.

5

Check

Licences, insurances, blue cards and teacher registration are checked against what the role or trade needs, with evidence attached.

6

Decide

A pre-engagement check reads the whole pack and puts the requirements, any matters to answer and the suggested next step on one page. Escalate, record the decision and its reasons, and send a fair-process notice before any outcome letter.

7

Approve

Administrators approve, send back with a reason or suspend. Only the contractor signs their agreement, and approval assigns the right inductions.

8

Monitor

Expiries and re-checks are tracked, every record that names a person is linked to their file, and a leaver’s open work moves to their supervisor.
