Health, wellbeing and HR

Your people, your contractors and their wellbeing, in one place.

Every employee, volunteer and contractor has one record: their details, role and job description, licences, blue cards and insurances, training, reviews and the documents they have signed. Psychological safety is managed like any other risk, with psychosocial risk assessments, a confidential way to speak up and support that is followed through. Health monitoring, medicals, injuries and return to work are tracked, with access limited to the people who need it.

How it works

From hazard identified to support given.

1

Bring people on board

Employees and volunteers register themselves from a link. Contractors register their company and workers. Licences, blue cards, insurances and the job description are checked before an administrator approves anyone.

2

Keep one record

Each person file holds their details, role, access, training, reviews, signed documents and every record that names them. Licences and cards are flagged before they expire.

3

Manage psychological safety

Psychosocial hazards such as workload, poor support, conflict, bullying, harassment and aggression are assessed with the people affected, controlled and reviewed by an administrator.

4

Speak up safely

Staff can raise a concern confidentially through MiCompanion or the app. It goes to named people only, and every view is logged.

5

Look after health

Medicals, health monitoring, hearing tests, drug and alcohol testing, vaccinations and ergonomic assessments are scheduled and recorded.

6

Support recovery

Injuries and claims are managed with certificates of capacity and return to work plans, open only to the people who need to see them.

People, contractors and wellbeing

Everyone who works with you, on one record.

Employees, volunteers and contractors are registered, checked and approved in the same place, and psychological safety is managed with the same care as any other risk.

01

Employees and volunteers

Register people yourself or send a registration link. Job descriptions, licences, blue cards, teacher registration, reviews and performance management sit with each person, and nobody starts until an administrator approves them.

02

Contractors, hire and visitors

Contractors register their company and workers, with insurances, licences and White Cards checked against the work. They sign their own agreement, get the right inductions, and lapsed documents show red.

03

Psychological safety

Psychosocial hazards such as workload, poor support, conflict, bullying, harassment and aggression are assessed with the people affected, controlled and reviewed. The record is confidential to the people who need to see it.
