Quality, projects and ITPs

Quality and project delivery evidenced as the work happens.

Start a project from the files you already have. MiSAFE reads the budget, dates and work that needs permits, builds the project and its Gantt programme at the right level, and turns each package into a request for quotation. Small jobs run as minor works from the Risk Library. Quotes are scored after a conflict of interest declaration, the management plan and project report build themselves from the project’s records, and inspections stop at every hold point until the named person releases it.

How it works

From the first file to handover.

1

Start

Describe a small job once and it runs as minor works from the Risk Library. For a bigger project, add the files you have: each is titled by what it holds, and the budget, dates and triggers such as asbestos or work at height are read with the sentence each came from.

2

Ask only what is open

You are asked only what the files leave open or what changes the programme, permits, money or who quotes. Then one press builds the project, its programme and its files.

3

Quote

Each package becomes a request for quotation to approved companies from your contractor register, sent only once the project manager and an administrator approve. Your estimate is never sent.

4

Evaluate and award

Each evaluator signs a conflict of interest declaration, every score has a reason, and a twelve-point check (budget, insurance, licence, safety record, blue cards and more) comes before any award.

5

Plan

A Gantt programme with stages, gates and dependencies, school holidays shaded and term-time work flagged. Gate checklists cannot skip a legal item, and the management plan builds from the project’s records.

6

Deliver

Correspondence emailed to the project inbox is filed against the right item. Inspections stop at every hold or witness point until the named person releases it, on the web or a phone.

7

Correct

Nonconformances, complaints, variations and issues logged, investigated and closed with evidence. A failed inspection raises an issue.

8

Hand over

The project report, certificates of conformance and a project review with lessons learned, drafted by MiSAFE AI from what the programme recorded, for you to finalise.

Quality & Projects

Quality

Work that does not meet the requirement is found, contained, fixed at the cause and verified before it closes.

What you can do here
  • Nonconformance report: found, contained, disposition, corrective action, verified and closed
  • Your approved inspection and test processes, with hold and witness points
  • Staged inspection processes built in Creation Studio land here by default
  • Quality Register: every inspection run and every nonconformance in one list

Quality & Projects

Projects

Start from your files, request quotations from the right companies, award with approval, and run each job on a Gantt programme from kick-off to lessons learned.

What you can do here
  • Request for quotation or proposal (RFQ / RFP): the project, a package per contractor type and scope, and the companies invited
  • A brief and a QHSE questionnaire matched to the contractor type and the size and nature of the job, which you review, edit and add to
  • Answers filled in for companies already approved, from records that are still current
  • The contractor page: accept or decline with a reason, answer the questionnaire with evidence, and price the work by uploading their own spreadsheet or typing the lines in
  • Accept, reject or ask for further information on chosen questions
  • Evaluation on compliance, price, experience, method and local presence, after a conflict of interest declaration
  • The award email with next steps, and registration first for a company not yet approved
  • Start a job or project: minor works within your limits from the Risk Library, or a new project built from your files
  • Project programmes (Gantt): stages, gates, dependencies, school holidays shaded, colour by status, owner or phase
  • Project inbox (email in): correspondence and attachments filed against the right project and item, and a communication log
  • Management plan and project report built from the project’s records, with a monthly project summary
  • Milestone sign-off
  • Variation or change request
  • RFI
  • Project risks and issues
  • Project cost and budget
  • Project review and lessons learned, drafted by MiSAFE AI

What you get

Ready on day one, set up for you.

  • Start a job or project: describe it once, and jobs within the minor works limits you set run from the Risk Library with a six-question site check
  • Start a new project from your files: every file titled by what it holds, the facts and triggers read with the sentence each came from, and only the open questions asked
  • Project programmes (Gantt) for every project: stages, gates, dependencies, drag to reschedule, colour by status, owner or phase, and school holidays shaded
  • Gate checklists where legal items cannot be skipped and an administrator confirms each gate
  • A project inbox: correspondence emailed in is matched to the project, attachments get real titles, and nothing is filed until you confirm, with a communication log for every project
  • Management plan and project report built from the project’s own records and issued as numbered versions with approval, including the WHS management plan for construction projects of $250,000 or more
  • A monthly project summary on the 1st of each month to the people you choose
  • Requests for quotation or proposal: packages by contractor type, companies from your register, a brief and a QHSE questionnaire matched to the size and nature of the job
  • A contractor page to accept or decline, answer with evidence and price the schedule, with responses compared side by side
  • Quote evaluation with a signed conflict of interest and confidentiality declaration, a reason for every score and a twelve-point check before any award, then award emails with next steps
  • A Project Register with health, done against planned, overdue items, open risks and issues, documents to come and the next hold point
  • Project review and lessons learned, drafted by MiSAFE AI from the programme’s records for you to edit and finalise
  • A Quality work area of its own: nonconformance reports and your quality inspection processes in one Quality Register
  • Nonconformance reports in five steps: found, contained, disposition (rework, repair, concession, reject or return), corrective action, verified and closed
  • Inspection and test plans built from your own documents by MiSAFE AI, with hold and witness points, filed under Quality by default
  • Inspection reports with your own headings, a conformance trajectory and a certificate of conformance when the process calls for one
  • Variations, RFIs, milestones, complaints and chain of responsibility checks for heavy vehicles
  • Projects and minor works in the phone app: what is due, progress, photos and comments from site
