QHSE Activity Calendar

The whole QHSE year in one calendar, so nothing statutory slips.

Every check, inspection, drill, service, review, meeting, licence renewal and training date sits in one calendar, by year, month and week. A school plans by term, with a safety theme for every month, starting from the daily, weekly, termly and yearly activities a Queensland school is inspected and audited on. People are reminded before each one is due, managers are told when it is missed, and the board and auditors can see what was done, when and by whom.

How it works

From the year’s plan to the evidence it was done.

1

Plan the year

Accept the starter plan or build your own. Each activity has who does it, how often, and the law or standard behind it. Schools plan by term and everyone else by quarter, each with a theme and a four-week safety theme for every month.

2

Schedule

Administrators schedule anything for anyone, and editors schedule for themselves and the people they manage. Checklists from approved risk assessments, plant services, training and licence renewals come into the calendar on their own.

3

Remind

People are reminded before an activity is due. The manager is told when it is overdue, and an administrator after seven days.

4

Do and record

Activities are marked done as the work happens. Anything done after its due date is recorded as done late, with the reason, and ad hoc checklists are recorded on the day.

5

See

Year, month and week views and a register to filter, search and download. Everyone sees their own activities, managers see their people’s, and administrators see everything.

6

Report

Compliance by category, campus, person and month, missed activities with the reasons, statutory items at risk, an evidence pack for an auditor, and an end-of-year review that rolls the plan into next year.

The QHSE Activity Calendar

Every activity for the year, planned, reminded and evidenced.

Statutory checks, drills and services are easy to lose in spreadsheets, diaries and inboxes. The calendar keeps them in one place for each person, their manager and the board, and shows what was done on time, done late or missed.

01

The year by term

The year is planned by term, each with its own theme and a four-week safety theme for every month. A school starts from the daily, weekly, termly and yearly activities a Queensland school is inspected and audited on, each with who does it and the law or standard behind it.

02

Every activity on its day

Year, month and week views show each activity coloured by where it stands: overdue, due soon, planned, done or done late. Each person sees their own, managers see their people’s, and administrators see everything, with any category or source hidden when it is not needed.

03

Reports for the principal and the board

Compliance by category, campus, person and month, missed activities with the reasons given, statutory items at risk, and an evidence pack for an auditor, all built from what people recorded.

04

Download it the way you need it

A PDF or web page by day, week, month, quarter, 6 months or 12 months on your letterhead, or Excel and CSV with each activity down the first column and the dates across the top.
