SWMS Version Control Register

Use this register to record every SWMS controlled by your business. Update the row whenever a SWMS is reviewed, revised, superseded or archived. The register captures both the legislative review triggers in Regulation 302 of the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017 and the operational triggers that should also prompt a SWMS review (plant change, design change, Code of Practice update, near miss, personnel change).
